Music - E-portfolio Sample - Term 4 2018
This term we have been learning how to play some new rhythms on our bucket drums.
We learnt to play the down beat where we play on each beat, it looks like this:
Then we learnt to play the front beat where we only play on beats 1 and 3, it looks like this:
We also learnt to play the back beat where we only play on beats 2 and 4, it looks like this:
After we had practised the beats we learnt to play along with some songs.

Passion Projected reflection
WEEK 7 REFLECTION
What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time?
We planted carrots, tomatoes and we fertilized the ground again and we
made sure the other plants had water on them.
What challenges did I have?
We had challenges with the wind it was blowing the stuff all around and
durt into our eyes and we had challenges with the water running out fast
so we had to refill and refill.
What am I going to work on next week?
We are going to work on putting fencing around the plants to make sure
nothing can get to them and eat them.

This week Room 14 have been focusing on respect.
We talked about what we did at school that showed respect, when I am at school I show respect by…
By helping people who are sad or who needs help with something.
We talked about the difference between laughing at someone and laughing with someone.
Laughing at someone is when:
You are making fun of someone of what they did like falling over.
Laughing with someone is when:
When they say something funny and they are laughing after they get hurt or something.

Passion Project Proposal
TERM 1 PASSION PROJECT PROPOSAL
This term you have about 4 weeks to complete your project. Fill out the following questions for your proposal, your teacher will comment to give you approval.
My Passion Project title is…
How to make a well-fertilized garden and healthy food.
What are my big questions to guide my learning?
1)What will grow the fastest.
2)When is the best time to grow vegetables.
3)What will be easiest to grow.
I chose this particular topic because….(give three reasons why?)
1)We wanted to do something good for the school.
2)We wanted to give healthy food to kids.
3)No one has done what we are doing so we decided to do that.
What are some possible ways I could share my learning? Choose 3 possible ways.
1)We could put are work onto a poster.
2)we could put it onto a slide show.
3)We could make a book.
What materials will I need to accomplish my task?
Watering can , spade , gloves , seeds or plants , fertilized , rake , cover over it , bamboo sticks.
What problems do I foresee occurring during this project and what will I do to solve them?
1)The plantes might die.
2)some kids will stand on them.

What Learning did you find challenging this week?
I found typing skill hard because it kept freezing and stopping me from keep go aheadand it kept taking me to the home menu.
How did you use a growth mindset to overcome these learning challenges?
I kept trying and i didn't stop until I finished it.

WEEK 4 REFLECTION
What Learning did you find challenging this week?
My math's booklet because it was a bit hard to get the right answersand work it out.We did ask for some help but they didn't give us the answer.

Weekly Passion Project Reflection
WEEK 3 REFLECTION
What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time?
We started thinking about our poster. We wrote down about week 1 and what we madein that week. We also did some of out eatable slime but it didn't work properly so we
had to threw it in the bin. It went really stringy and yucky.
What challenges did I have?
Thinking of a good poster title and what we did on that week. Also keeping on trackbecause we were getting distracted of the people around us. Also getting the right
textrue of the eatable slime
What am I going to work on next week?
We are going to make out gummy bear slime and think about week 3 on our poster.

What Learning did you find challenging this week?
My writing because It was hard to make good topics and good similesto make my writing interesting.

I asked for some good sentience starters and I learnt going and it turned out prettywell.

My Math's Problem solving on the seventh wave.
