What Learning did you find challenging this week?

Maths because I did new things that i didn't know about.

I didn't give up and I said I can do it..

What is the piece of the work you are most proud of this week?

I'm proud of my boggle.

.I did lots of different maths equation and take away.

Living Springs Camp Reflection

LIVING SPRINGS CAMP

1 Who did you share a bunk room with?

I bunked with Kahurangi , Hannah, Summer B, Summer, Mai, Savanna, Ambah.

2 What was your favourite rotation activity? (Describe the activity)

The bush walk is a walk that we did below camp. We followed a trail and looked at lots of native trees and birds and a pretty stream.

3 Why?

I liked the bush walk because we found lots of trees that the Morie used for lots of different things like Making them selves smell nice and leafs that make their teeth go numb.

4 What two school values did you show?

Be brave and connect.

5 How?

I was brave because I did lots of challenges that I was scared of in the past like the monorail and climbing wall. Connect by making new friends with my bunk Buddy's Kahurangi, Hannah, Summer B, Summer, Mai and Savanna.

6 What was the best part of camp for you?

Doing activity's.

7 Why?

Because we learnt lots of new things like the native birds that lived near living springs and leafs that had different Perseus in the morie time.

Remember the birds chirping in the distance while folding the kawakaw leaf?
Remember looking around trees and trying to find a skeleton leaf?
That was the Bush walk.

Remember trudging up the hill to the monorail, my legs shaking.
Remember feeling nervous while griping on the bars as you went down?
That was the Monorail?

Remember smelling the delicious Curry and warm nann bread on the first night?
Do you remember smelling the cheesy nachos and chips on the second day?

That was our camp food.

CHILDRENS DAY 2018

What were the best parts of Childrens Day?

Building sandcastles with a group of people . 

Why?

I loved building sandcastle  because we had a huge pile of sand and then we turned it into a tunnel castle and we made a door,a fence,a bridge and mote.

What Values did you use/show at Childrens?

How?

because I connected with my buddy and the people in my group.

Today we learnt how to use the Clip Champ video creator.

This program allows me to be able to use the Chromebooks to create videos and screencasts to show my learning to you.

She is very nice , has a funny giggle and she is a good buddy.

We both like going swimming in the river and drawing.

She plays with dolls and I like to play with my dogs.

Helping new people ad making more friends and ask for help when im stuck. Because I havent asked any one for help yet and I have been stuck on some work.
